A legal professional turned pilates instructor with a passion for both law and wellness and I am thrilled to share my knowledge and experience with you. With a background in law, I honed my skills in critical thinking, attentiveness to details, and effective communication. These skills have seamlessly transferred into my role as a pilates instructor, where precision and focus are equally crucial. I believe that every individual has the right to a balanced and healthy lifestyle, both on and off the mat.

Trained rigorously in both mat and reformer pilates, I am well-versed in a wide range of movements and exercises that will help you strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, I am here to guide you every step of the way and tailor the workouts to your individual needs.
Beyond the physical aspect of pilates, I also understand the importance of fostering a positive and nurturing environment. I am known for my kind-hearted and compassionate nature that helps create a safe space for growth and self-discovery. Pilates has taught me the power of mind-body connection, the importance of self-care, and the joy that comes from taking care of oneself.

Lisa Perry

Lisa is passionate about empowering people of all shapes, sizes, ages and genders to move for physical and mental health through yoga and massage therapy. As a massage therapist for over 18 years working with elite athletes, she understands the importance of movement for wellness. When she's not practicing yoga or continuing to learn more about the modalities wellness, you can find Lisa coaching rugby teams and being involved in the community. She's also a pescatarian who loves exploring healthy recipes and drinking coffee. Above all, Lisa strives to spread more kindness, fun and laughter in the world and embracing life with wonder, gratitude and humour.
